Boston College Law Review

From Copyright Experiences

According to Sean M. O'Connor, U. Washington, the Boston College Law Review accepted the following:

I hereby grant the Boston College Law Review (the "Law Review") a world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish my manuscript, Be Careful What You Wish For: How Accountants and Congress Created the Problem of Auditor Independence, in both print and electronic media, including a right of sub-license to Westlaw, Lexis, Hein Online, and other similar electronic media scholarship distributors. I further grant the Law Review the right to permit nonprofit educational institutions to make copies of the article for research and educational purposes; provided, however, that:
(i) such copies are distributed at or below cost;
(ii) proper attribution is included in each such copy; and
(iii) proper copyright notice is affixed to each such copy.
