This Agreement is made between the Comparative Labor Law & Policy Journal and
Author Name, the co-author of Article Title.
1. Copyright in the above work shall remain with the Author.
2. The Author grants the Comparative Labor Law & Policy Journal the nonexclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and use, and to authorize the publication, reproduction, distribution, translation, and use of the article either separately or as part of a collective work. This right covers, but is not limited to, copies of the issue of the Comparative Labor Law & Policy Journal in which the article first appeared and bound volumes including the issue, individual reprints, collections of essays, electronic media, computerized retrieval systems, and similar forms of reproduction.
3. The Author warrants that:
a. The Author is the sole or joint author of the work and has the power to convey the rights granted in this Agreement;
b. The Work has not previously been published or, if it has, written consent of the copyright holder to this publication has been obtained; and,
c. The Work does not infringe upon the copyright or property right of another nor does it contain any defamatory material nor any material that involves the privacy of another.
